1. Member Enrollment: There is no fee to join Jambuluwuk Jewels. New Members may enroll in the Program by completing the required information on the Program website, through Jambuluwuk branded hotels (Jambuluwuk.com). By enrolling in the Program and using your membership account, you will be eligible for benefits as described below and you will be eligible to earn Jambuluwuk Jewels Points (“Points”), which can be redeemed for Reward Nights (as defined below) and various merchandise.

2. Member Contact Information: Members must provide current and valid contact information and keep such information updated in their Member profile. Jambuluwuk relies on Member contact information as reflected in Member profiles for any necessary communications. Jambuluwuk has the right to terminate a Member’s account and/or revoke Member Points if an account has multiple email addresses and/or is suspected of being related to fraudulent or abusive activity. Jambuluwuk reserves the right to terminate the Member accounts and/or revoke Points from accounts without valid contact information.

3. Jambuluwuk’s Terms and Conditions, Program Rights: Jambuluwuk reserves the right to modify, alter, or otherwise update the Membership Terms and Conditions for the Program, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program at any time. The “last updated” date set forth at the end of these Terms and Conditions indicates when changes have been made, and it is a Member’s responsibility to review changes to the Terms and Conditions regularly. By continuing your membership in the Program after the date on which changes are made to the Terms and Conditions, you are agreeing to those changes and affirming your agreement to comply with all of the Terms and Conditions, as updated. The current Program Membership Terms and Conditions supersede all prior published Program Membership Terms and Conditions.

4. Jambuluwuk’s right to cancel membership, revoke or adjust Point deposits: Jambuluwuk has the right to cancel any membership, and to revoke any and all unredeemed Points, benefits and/or rewards collected in a Member’s account, for reasons that include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Member’s violation of these Terms and Conditions
2. Member’s violation of any national, regional, or local law or regulation in connection with the use of membership privileges
3. Member’s failure to provide and maintain valid contact information
4. Member’s failure to pay for hotel charges and/or any expenses incurred during a Member’s Stay, including if such failure to pay is the result of a Member’s check being returned for insufficient funds or being invalid for any reason
5. Member’s commission of fraud or abuse involving any portion of this Program, including but not limited to the abuse of corporate rates without authorization (such as by failing to show appropriate identification or validation at Check-In), any conduct that improperly impacts the accumulation of Points or rewards, or abuses the redemption aspects of the Program (including the use of “bots” or other automated means of promotion entry)
6. Member’s abuse/misuse of any benefits or privileges provided by any Jambuluwuk branded hotels or use of such benefits or privileges in violation of the applicable terms and conditions for them, including but not limited to the sale or barter of any Points or Point vouchers or Reward Nights

Jambuluwuk’s cancellation of a membership is effective immediately, and in cases of inactivity or fraudulent activity, Jambuluwuk may close, suspend, or cancel the account without notifying the Member. Jambuluwuk will not be responsible for failure to notify any Member of cancellation of the Member’s account if the Member’s account did not contain valid contact information. In the event Jambuluwuk cancels a membership as permitted under these Terms and Conditions, Jambuluwuk has no obligation to permit the individual whose membership was cancelled, to re- enroll in the Program.

Hak Jambuluwuk untuk membatalkan keanggotaan, mencabut atau menyesuaikan deposit Poin: Jambuluwuk berhak membatalkan keanggotaan, dan mencabut setiap dan semua Poin yang belum ditukarkan, manfaat dan/atau reward yang dikumpulkan pada akun Anggota, karena alasan-alasan yang mencakup, namun tidak terbatas pada hal-hal berikut:

1. Pelanggaran Syarat dan Ketentuan ini oleh Anggota
2. Pelanggaran undang-undang atau peraturan nasional, daerah, atau setempat oleh Anggota sehubungan dengan penggunaan privilese keanggotaan
3. Kelalaian Anggota untuk memberikan dan memelihara informasi kontak yang sah
4. Kelalaian Anggota untuk membayar biaya hotel dan/atau pengeluaran yang terjadi selama Masa Inap Anggota, yang mencakup jika kelalaian pembayaran tersebut merupakan akibat ditolaknya cek Anggota karena dana tidak cukup atau menjadi tidak sah karena alasan apa pun
5. Anggota melakukan penipuan atau penyalahgunaan yang melibatkan bagian mana pun dari Program ini, yang mencakup namun tidak terbatas pada penyalahgunaan tarif korporat tanpa izin (seperti gagal menunjukkan identifikasi atau validasi yang layak saat Check-In), perilaku yang memengaruhi secara tidak patut akumulasi Poin atau reward, atau penyalahgunaan aspek penukaran Program (yang mencakup penggunaan “bot” atau sarana otomatis lainnya untuk entri promosi)
6. Pelecehan/penyalahgunaan Anggota atas manfaat atau privilese yang diberikan oleh hotel bermerek JAMBULUWUK, atau penggunaan manfaat atau privilese yang melanggar syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku untuk dirinya, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada penjualan atau penukaran Poin atau voucer Poin atau Reward Night

Sebagai Anggota Program, Anda mungkin berhak mendapatkan layanan dan manfaat istimewa di Seluruh Hotel Jambuluwuk. As a Member of the Programme, you may be entitled to special services and benefits at Jambuluwuk Hotels. Benefits and services may change from time to time without limit and may vary by hotel and geographical region. Most benefits, including Member-exclusive rates, are available only for Members who book their hotel reservations through Jambuluwuk’s websites (including mobile sites), Jambuluwuk Customer Care, or directly with an Jambuluwuk hotel.
