After registering, check your email inbox for a verification message. Click “Confirm Email” to activate your account and start enjoying your member benefits.

I haven’t received my email verification. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still haven’t received the verification email after 10 minutes, try resending it from the sign-up page or contact our Membership Support at membership@jambuluwuk.com for assistance.

I can’t register. What should I do?

If you're unable to register, make sure your email or phone number hasn't already been used for another Jambuluwuk Jewels account. Try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page.

If the issue continues, contact us via WhatsApp at (+62) 811 869 993 or email info@jambuluwuk.com, and our team will help you complete your registration manually.

I cannot access my account. What should I do?

If you cannot log in, please verify that your credentials are correct. If you still can’t access your account, contact us at (+62) 811 869 993 or info@jambuluwuk.com. Be sure to have your Membership Number ready.

How can I change my password?

Log in to your account, click the profile icon (people icon), then select Change Password and follow the instructions.

If you forget your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the reset link sent to your registered email.

My account was hijacked or accessed by someone else. What should I do?

If you suspect unauthorized access, contact contact us via WhatsApp at (+62) 811 869 993 or email info@jambuluwuk.com immediately. Our team will temporarily lock your account, verify your identity, and help you recover it safely. We also recommend changing your password regularly and never sharing your login credentials.

How can I update my personal information (name, email, phone number, or photo)?

Simply log in to your account on the Jambuluwuk website and edit your profile details. Please make sure your contact information is always valid and up to date.

I can’t change my profile because my phone number or email is already registered.

This may happen if your contact information is linked to another account. Please contact membership@jambuluwuk.com so our team can verify your details and help you update them securely.

My phone number is lost or inactive. How can I update it?

For your security, please contact us via WhatsApp at (+62) 811 869 993 or email info@jambuluwuk.com using your registered email address. Our team will verify your identity and assist you with updating your phone number.

Why can’t I redeem points after updating my profile information?

As a security measure, the redemption feature will be temporarily disabled for 24 hours after any changes to your personal information. During this period, you can still access your account normally.

Can I merge two Jambuluwuk Jewels accounts?

No, each person can only have one Jambuluwuk Jewels account registered under a single email address.

How can I access my reservations?

Click the second icon on the top-right corner of our website and select Future Bookings. All your upcoming reservations will appear there.

Can I delete or deactivate my account?

Yes, you can request to delete your account by contacting us via WhatsApp at (+62) 811 869 993 or email info@jambuluwuk.com. Once deleted, all your points and membership benefits will be forfeited and cannot be restored.

How does Jambuluwuk protect my personal data?

Your privacy is our priority. All member data is handled according to Jambuluwuk’s Privacy Policy and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

What are the membership tiers?

There are four elite tiers in the Jambuluwuk Jewels program:

  • White Elite (Entry Level)
  • Silver Elite (20 qualified nights or IDR 15,000,000 spending)
  • Gold Elite (30 qualified nights or IDR 25,000,000 spending)
  • Diamond Elite (40 qualified nights or IDR 35,000,000 spending)

How can I upgrade my membership tier?

You can upgrade your membership by staying and spending at any Jambuluwuk Hotels & Resorts. Once you reach the required milestone, your tier will automatically be upgraded (for example, from White to Silver).

When will my upgraded tier become effective?

Your new tier status takes effect immediately after you meet the qualifying nights or spending requirement.

How do I move up to the next tier?

Your tier is determined by the total number of qualified nights or accumulated spending within a 12-month period.

How can I maintain my tier status?

To keep your current tier, you must meet the required number of qualified nights or total spending within the membership year.

What happens if I don’t meet the requirement to maintain my tier?

If you don’t meet the minimum requirement within the membership year, your status will automatically be downgraded to the previous tier.

If I book through a third party, will my nights or stays count toward the next tier?

No. Only bookings made directly through official Jambuluwuk channels (website, call center, or hotel front desk) are eligible for tier qualification and point earning.

What benefits do I get as a member?

All members enjoy discounted room rates, free internet, and access to exclusive promotions. Higher tiers unlock more privileges such as room upgrades, complimentary breakfast, spa treatments, late check-out, and welcome amenities.

Are benefits available at all Jambuluwuk Hotels?

Yes, however, certain benefits may vary depending on each hotel’s facilities and regional policies.

Are room upgrades guaranteed?

Room upgrades are subject to availability and granted at the hotel’s discretion during check-in.

Are member discounts combinable with other promotions?

Member discounts cannot be combined with special rates, corporate deals, or promotional packages unless otherwise stated.

How long does my tier status last?

Each tier is valid for one year from the date you achieve it. To maintain your level, continue earning the required number of nights or spending within the next 12 months.

Can I earn and redeem points at all properties globally?

Yes, you can earn and redeem points at all participating Jambuluwuk Hotels & Resorts across Indonesia, including:

  • Jambuluwuk Thamrin Hotel, Jakarta
  • Jambuluwuk Oceano Seminyak Hotel, Bali
  • Jambuluwuk Oceano Gili Trawangan Resort, Lombok

How do I earn Jambuluwuk Jewels Points?

You earn 1 point for every IDR 100,000 spent on qualified room stays booked directly through official Jambuluwuk channels — our website, call center, or hotel front desk.

What can I do with my points?

You can redeem your Jambuluwuk Jewels Points for:

  • Complimentary room nights or room upgrades
  • Dining experiences at participating restaurants
  • Spa treatments and other curated experiences across Jambuluwuk Hotels & Resorts in Indonesia.

How can I redeem my points?

You can redeem points for reward nights, room stays, or selected merchandise directly through your Jambuluwuk Jewels account. 1 Point = IDR 50,000 in redemption value.

When will my points be credited after my stay?

Points are typically credited within 5–14 business days after check-out.

What qualifies as an eligible stay?

An eligible stay is any booking made directly through official Jambuluwuk channels and paid at an eligible rate.

Complimentary stays, staff rates, or third-party promotional rates do not qualify for points.

Why didn’t I receive points for my recent stay?

How can I check my point balance?

Can I transfer my points to another member?

No. Jambuluwuk Jewels Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, or shared between accounts.

Do my points expire?

Yes. Points are valid for one year from the date they are earned. If there is no earning or redemption activity within 12 months, your points will automatically expire.

How do I know the value of my points?

You can view updated point valuations and redemption options in your member dashboard. The current value is 1 Point = IDR 50,000 when redeemed for eligible rewards.

Who is eligible for Booker and Planner rewards?

Booker and Planner benefits are available to members who make bookings or plan group events on behalf of others at Jambuluwuk Hotels & Resorts.

How can I earn points as a Booker or Planner?

When you book or organize meetings, events, or group stays through Jambuluwuk’s official channels, you can earn points based on total spending.

Are there specific terms for group bookings?

Yes, group or event bookings must be made directly through Jambuluwuk’s sales team or official channels to qualify for points.

Can Booker and Planner points be combined with my personal stay points?

Yes, as long as the bookings are made under your registered member ID and follow program terms.
