• The e-voucher is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Please present the voucher to hotel staff at the time of redemption
• Not to be used in conjunction with any existing promotional rate
• Once issued, all e-vouchers are non-reversible into program points or any other form of credit

Validity

• This voucher is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase, the expiry date is also stated on the voucher

• A minimum 24-hour reservation is required and is subject to availability
• Present e-voucher upon making reservation otherwise, vouchers are not valid
• If cancellation occurs within 12 hours of the reserved time, the voucher will be considered redeemed and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund
