Terms and Conditions:
- The e-voucher is valid one person for the New Year’s Eve Lobby Party at Grand Hyatt Singapore on 31 December 2025 (Wednesday), 9:30PM-12:30AM.
- Prices are in Singapore Dollars and are inclusive of 10% service charge and 9% goods and service tax (GST).
- This e-voucher can only be redeemed on the date and time specified. E-voucher must be presented in exchange for a wristband at entry.
- Any charges exceeding the value of the e-voucher are to be settled directly by the guest, either by cash or credit card.
- The e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other credit card promotions or discounts.
- This experience is not eligible for earning or redeeming World of Hyatt points.
- The e-voucher is non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. It may not be resold or transferred for value. No refund or credit will be given for unused portions.
- The menu items are subject to change without notice.
- The hotel reserves the right to make final decision in case of any dispute. Fraudulent or unauthorised use of the e-voucher will result in alternative payment being requested.
- Singapore law prohibits the drinking and purchasing of alcohol by persons under 18 years of age. By proceeding with the purchase of this e-voucher, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and accept these terms and conditions.
- Guests under the age of 18 are permitted to attend the event only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who shall bear full responsibility for their supervision and conduct throughout the event. To ensure compliance with the alcohol regulations in Singapore, minors will be issued a designated wristband for identification by the service team.
- While the hotel will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety and security of all guests during the event, including the engagement of external security personnel, attendees acknowledge that the event will take place in a busy and crowded environment.
As such, the hotel shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property occurring during the event, whether arising from negligence or otherwise. Attendees are advised to take appropriate precautions and remain vigilant with their personal belongings at all times.
- Photography and videography will take place during the The Supper Club. By joining us, you agree that images and recordings of you may be used for Grand Hyatt Singapore’s promotional purposes.
- The hotel reserves the right to undertake renovations or upgrades as deemed necessary, at its discretion.

E-vouchers transferred fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms are subject to cancellation.
