5. All orders and payment must be made in advance prior to delivery, and according to the stipulated processing time set for the respective items.
6. Grand Hyatt Singapore reserves the rights to alter the prices at any time, and without prior notice. Prices may vary during festive periods.
7. All prices are nett and inclusive of prevailing government taxes.
8. All items presented on this list are subject to availability; the management reserves the right to replace unavailable items with items of equal or lower value.
SELF-COLLECTION:
1. Self-collection schedule: 10:00am - 7:00pm
2. All uncollected goods on the selected item and date by the customer is considered sold and will not be able to exchange to new and fresh goods.
delivery:
1. Delivery schedule: 10:00am - 12:00pm / 2:00pm - 4:00pm / 5:00pm - 7:00pm.
2. Requested delivery times are estimates and delays may occur due to weather, road conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery arrangements are applicable to one location. Failed delivery is subject to additional fee based on revised location.
4. Complimentary one-time delivery to single location in Singapore for oders with a minimum spend of $500 SGD and above on a single receipt.
