Since the installation of the Trigeneration Plant in 2011, we’ve made progress in waste and water reduction, efficient use of resources and energy, and sustainable dining and wellness. With more opportunities in the areas of Food Sourcing, Food Waste Management, Energy and Water, and Hotel Operations, we endeavor to build a culture of Environmental Stewardship in the years to come.
