This website and its content, including images, photos, logos, and other materials, together with all copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, and intellectual property rights, are owned by CHM or its licensors and affiliates. Unless expressly authorized by CHM, reproduction, duplication, copying, selling, reselling, or otherwise exploiting any part of this website is strictly prohibited.
Account / Password
Protecting members’ privacy is a core value of CHM. Please keep your password, login credentials, and account information confidential. You are financially responsible for any use of your account. CHM is not liable for any personal losses resulting from misuse or unauthorized use of your account.
Room Rates, Deposit & Payment
- Room rates are calculated based on your stay period and may vary depending on changes to your arrival and/or departure dates.
- Rates are quoted in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and subject to a 15.5% service charge and tax.
- An additional deposit of TWD 1,000 per night is required at check-in by cash or valid credit card, to cover incidental expenses.
- A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
- Accepted payment methods include cash (TWD), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and China UnionPay. Personal or traveler’s checks are not accepted.

Check-in / Check-out Policy
Unless otherwise stated or agreed upon, check-in is from 3:00 PM (4:00 PM at COZZI Blu Taoyuan and COZZI Tainan Ximen). Reservations guaranteed by credit card or prepayment will be held until 11:59 PM on the arrival date; otherwise, rooms will be held until 4:00 PM. Check-out is required by 11:00 AM. Late check-out until 6:00 PM may incur a half-day room charge, and after 6:00 PM, a full-day charge applies. Guests must present valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in. Visitors after 11:00 PM must register at the front desk.
Guest Policies
- You authorize the hotel to charge all expenses incurred during your stay to your credit card.
- For safety, no electrical appliances other than electric shavers are allowed in guest rooms.
- Pets are not allowed, except for service dogs.
- Please keep your door closed to ensure privacy and comfort.
- No flammable or illegal substances may be brought into the hotel.
- The hotel reserves the right to enter rooms displaying a “Do Not Disturb” sign for over 24 hours.
- CHM is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, including items placed in room safes.
Damages
You authorize the hotel to charge your credit card for any damages (including professional cleaning) or missing items discovered during or after your stay. Please report damages immediately to avoid disputes. Misuse of hotel facilities that compromises safety, damages property, or harms CHM’s reputation may result in immediate eviction without compensation. Smoking is strictly prohibited; a minimum fine of TWD 10,000 applies for violations.
Reservation Cancellation
To avoid penalties, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival. In accordance with Taiwan law, cancellation fees may apply, up to 30% of the total stay (or 50% during national holidays of 3 days or more). Details:
- 10–13 days before arrival: 30% of total stay
- 7–9 days before arrival: 50%
- 4–6 days before arrival: 60%
- 2–3 days before arrival: 70%
- 1 day before arrival: 80%
- Same day cancellation: 100%
Errors in Printing or Pricing
CHM is not responsible for third-party information errors. In cases of misprints, system errors, or incorrect pricing from suppliers or agents, CHM reserves the right to cancel orders even if confirmed or charged. If payment was processed, it will be refunded.
Right to Refuse Service
Reservations must be made in good faith and not for resale, transfer, speculative, false, or fraudulent purposes. CHM reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel reservations without notice or liability under the following circumstances:
- Guest identity cannot be verified as per booking confirmation.
- Reservation payment was fraudulent.
- Reservation was altered by unauthorized parties or confirmation is damaged.
- As otherwise stated in these terms.
Communications
If you provide contact details, CHM may communicate with you via email, SMS, calls, app notifications, mail, or in-room messages regarding products, services, or promotions. All marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. Please also refer to our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
Children Policy
Reservations and transactions are valid only for users aged 20 or above. Extra beds are available in most rooms for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please confirm with the hotel when booking.
Owner Liability
The hotel’s liability for loss or damage to guest property (valuables, luggage, pets, vehicles) is limited to USD 500, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct. Cash or valuables exceeding USD 500 will not be accepted for safekeeping. Use of Google Maps on this site is governed by Google Maps/Earth Additional Terms of Use. CHM assumes no responsibility for directions or data from Google Maps.
Limitation of Liability
CHM and its affiliates, representatives, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of this website or these Terms & Conditions.
Amendments
CHM reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law
Your use of this website is governed by the laws of Taiwan. The courts of Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions. You agree not to object to this jurisdiction.
