Website Information

  1. The AMAZZING CLUB website and related partner websites (hereinafter referred to as the “AMAZZING CLUB website”) fully provide information about the hotels and restaurants managed and operated by Cathay Hospitality Management (hereinafter referred to as CHM and its affiliated group companies), including travel, accommodation, and dining services.
  2. To use the offers and services of the AMAZZING CLUB website, you must be at least 18 years old. Agreeing to these terms means you consent to use, book, and purchase products or services on the AMAZZING CLUB website in accordance with this agreement, and to fulfill related customer rights and obligations.
  3. AMAZZING CLUB may announce modifications to this agreement on the AMAZZING CLUB website without individual notice. You are advised to review changes regularly. If you continue to use the membership services after changes are made, it will be deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to such changes. If you do not agree with these revisions or any other provisions, you must immediately stop using the services.
  4. By agreeing to use or participate in the AMAZZING CLUB website, you agree to comply with the website’s terms and conditions, and not to use abusive, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate words, language, or images in text or voice communication platforms of the site. CHM and AMAZZING CLUB reserve the right to delete or revise content and bear no responsibility for the accuracy of the content on such communication platforms.

Copyright

  1. The CI trademarks, website content, and intellectual property of the AMAZZING CLUB website, CHM affiliated companies, and third-party partners must not be copied, modified, or distributed without authorization from CHM or related parties.
  2. Files, documents, and software downloaded from the AMAZZING CLUB website belong to the AMAZZING CLUB website, CHM affiliates, and partners. By downloading or using them, you agree to the corresponding license agreements and comply with applicable local laws within the scope of legal use.

Account Responsibility

  1. Anyone over 18 years old can join AMAZZING CLUB membership for free. Before becoming a member, you must agree to the following:
    • You must not have previously joined AMAZZING CLUB or had your account suspended or terminated by AMAZZING CLUB for any reason.
    • You must provide accurate personal information when joining AMAZZING CLUB and update it regularly.
  2. Each member is limited to one account. Duplicate registrations or registering under another person’s name are not allowed. CHM and AMAZZING CLUB reserve the right to delete or terminate duplicate accounts and require violators to return all benefits gained (including but not limited to reward points, gifts, and offers).
  3. Your AMAZZING CLUB account, password, and membership rights are for your personal use only and must not be lent, transferred, or shared with others. If your personal information infringes on others’ rights or violates laws, CHM and AMAZZING CLUB reserve the right to reject, request changes, or cancel your membership, and you will be solely responsible for any legal consequences.
  4. If your membership information changes, you must promptly update it on the AMAZZING CLUB website to ensure your rights. Failure to do so may cause delays, lost correspondence, or inability to use or purchase services, for which CHM and AMAZZING CLUB are not responsible.
  5. Under applicable laws, CHM and AMAZZING CLUB may access your account information via encryption systems to provide limited assistance. However, you are solely responsible for all content and transactions in your account.
  6. CHM and AMAZZING CLUB are not responsible for any losses caused by system failures, transmission errors, hacking, or other issues related to your equipment or third-party providers, including losses of communication, credit card information, personal information, or reward points.

Membership Verification

  1. Members must log into the membership website, which serves as a digital membership card. When visiting CHM and AMAZZING CLUB hotels, restaurants, or partners, you may be asked to show your digital membership card, ID, or photo identification (ID card, passport, or health card) to verify your membership status.

Membership Levels and Benefits

  1. AMAZZING CLUB members enjoy exclusive discounts and reward points based on their membership level.

  3. Membership levels and upgrade rules are as follows:
    • Classic Member: Free lifetime membership starting from the date of joining.
    • Honor Member: Valid for one year from the date of joining. Requires 10–14 nights of stay or an annual spend of NT$15,000 (excluding tax and service fees).
    • Gold Member: Valid for one year. Requires 15–19 nights of stay or an annual spend of NT$30,000.
    • Master Member: Valid for one year. Requires 20–24 nights of stay or an annual spend of NT$75,000.
    • Stars Member: Valid for one year. Requires 25+ nights of stay or an annual spend of NT$100,000.
  4. Reward points differ by level:
    • Classic: 1 point per NT$25.
    • Honor: 1 point per NT$25 plus 35% bonus points.
    • Gold: 1 point per NT$25 plus 50% bonus points.
    • Master: 1 point per NT$25 plus 70% bonus points.
    • Stars: 1 point per NT$25 plus 90% bonus points.
  5. Except Classic (lifetime), upgraded memberships are valid for one year. If requirements are not met, members will be downgraded to the next level the following year. Benefits (upgrades, spending, and points) are calculated from the date of joining.
