Description
The 200-Hour (3 July to 7 September 2026, 10-week course) Yoga Teacher Training is a Yoga Alliance–approved foundational program designed to give you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to teach yoga safely and effectively.
This is a Hatha–Vinyasa–based Teacher Training, offering a comprehensive balance between traditional Hatha Yoga and modern Vinyasa flow. By the end of the program, trainees will be well equipped to teach with both depth and versatility—able to structure and guide classes that embody the precision, stability, and mindfulness of Hatha Yoga, while integrating the dynamic sequencing, rhythm, and creative transitions of Vinyasa.
Rooted in asana, anatomy, philosophy, teaching methodology, and the intelligent use of props, this immersive journey blends the precision of alignment with the depth of yoga philosophy—creating a space where personal growth and professional mastery meet.
Under expert guidance, participants will learn to sequence, teach, and adapt yoga with both clarity and heart. The curriculum weaves strong, consistent practice with thoughtful reflection, guiding students beyond simply doing yoga into truly living and teaching it.
By the end of the training, graduates will possess a complete teaching toolkit—capable of leading safe, intelligent, and inspiring classes, whether they aspire to teach or wish to deepen their own practice.

Timings (18 hours per week):

Mondays & Fridays: 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM (3 hours each)

Saturdays & Sundays: 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM (6 hours each)
Guided Class Observation at Damai (20 Contact Hours)
To meet the 200-hour Yoga Alliance program standard, trainees must complete 20 guided observation hours at Damai House. From 3rd July to 6th September 2026.
Structure
Attend 20 hours of approved Damai classes (e.g. yoga asana, Chair Yoga, Wall/Vertical Yoga, Pilates, meditation, restorative or sound-based classes). For each class: observe or practice, then complete guided journaling using the Class Observation Form.
Purpose & Credit
These hours deepen understanding of sequencing, cueing, props, class management, and space-holding, and support reflection on your own teaching. They are counted as curriculum contact hours under Techniques, Training & Practice and Professional

Attendance Policy:

This training requires 100% attendance to ensure all participants meet Yoga Alliance standards and receive the full benefit of the program. If a session is missed, the student must arrange a one-on-one make-up session with the lead trainer to cover the missed material and practical hours. Additional fees will apply for make-up sessions.
