Class Description:
HY‑PACE brings a structured yet approachable path to HYROX training, helping you elevate your fitness with intention. Built around the HYROX core pillars—coordination, strength, speed, power, endurance, and flexibility—each session develops the physical qualities needed to perform with control and confidence.

Through progressive training blocks and repeated workout elements, you will learn how to pace yourself effectively, track improvements, and refine technique. With a focused group setting and expert coaching, HY‑PACE builds on what you’ve developed in MetCon, guiding you toward stronger, more consistent performance.

Class Highlights:

HYROX Skill Building – Learn the foundational movements and improve efficiency.
Official Programming – Train with HYROX-Certified Coaches in a HYROX-Affiliated facility
Learn the HYROX Style – Get familiar with HYROX’s unique training approach, pacing strategies, and repeated workout elements so you feel confident stepping into the race environment.
Movement Coaching – HYROX‑Certified coaches guide you through key exercises with tips to refine technique.
Focused Coaching – Small group sizes ensure attention, support, motivation and real-time feedback.

45–60 minutes HY-PACE class led by HYROX Certified coaches
Access to locker and shower facilities at Damai
Complimentary 45-minute recovery in Damai’s Thermal Hydrotherapy facilities, including the Dual Therapy Sauna, Air Lounge Hydro Pool, Salt Infused Steam Room, and Halo Contrast Therapy Shower

Terms & Conditions:

“Hotel” means Grand Hyatt Singapore, its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, agents, coaches and contractors. “Damai” means the relevant facilities and services provided at the Hotel.
Upon payment, a confirmation email and eVoucher will be issued. The eVoucher is valid for 9 weeks from activation, unless otherwise stated, and is subject to availability.

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations, no-shows and late arrivals will be treated as used sessions. No refund, credit or make-up session will be provided for missed or unused sessions.
Outdoor classes may be moved indoors or rescheduled due to weather or operational reasons. If the Hotel cannot provide the service, a reasonable alternative or other remedy will be offered, subject to applicable law.
The eVoucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-returnable and not exchangeable for cash, except where required by law or where the Hotel cannot provide the purchased service. Lost, stolen, altered or duplicated eVouchers will not be replaced or honoured.
The eVoucher cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, credit card offers or Hyatt Loyalty Programme benefits. World of Hyatt points cannot be used. Additional charges must be paid by the participant.
Services, facilities, coaches, schedules and inclusions are subject to availability, operating hours, capacity limits, maintenance and reasonable operational changes. Facility use is subject to all Hotel rules and instructions.
Programme sessions and benefits must be used within the programme period stated in the product description. Unused sessions and benefits expire at the end of that period.
Participants must be aged 18 or above, be medically fit to participate, disclose relevant medical conditions or injuries, and follow all safety instructions. The Hotel may refuse or stop participation where reasonably necessary for health, safety, misconduct or suspected fraud.
Physical exercise and use of the facilities involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, death or loss or damage to personal property. Participants voluntarily accept these inherent risks and participate at their own risk.
Participants are responsible for any loss, damage, injury, cost or third-party claim caused by their negligent, reckless, wilful, unlawful or improper conduct.
The Hotel does not guarantee any specific fitness, health or performance result.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by the Hotel’s negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct.
Subject to applicable law, the Hotel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of personal property, or loss arising from a participant’s failure to follow safety instructions.
Purchase or use of the eVoucher constitutes acceptance of these terms. Singapore law applies, subject to all non-excludable consumer rights.
