Terms and Conditions:

This e-voucher is valid for private catering, gathering or events at the location of your choice (10 km from Hyatt Regency Kinabalu)
Location of the event must be able to accommodate Hyatt Regency Kinabalu Mobile Kitchen
Advanced notification is essential, 3 working days prior to your events
Based on final location, menu, set-up and service, additional payment may incur
Purchased e-vouchers are non-refundable
This e-voucher is valid from 31 October 2025 to 28 February 2026. No extension of e-voucher after the expiry date
Black-out dates includes eve of public holidays*, public holidays*, Ramadan, as well as for special occasion buffets including Chinese New Year, Chap Goh Mei and Valentine’s Day. (*As recognized by the state of Sabah)
This e-voucher is non-eligible for World of Hyatt Points
This e-voucher is not valid with Club at The Hyatt and any other discounts or promotions
Additional expense beyond the value of this e-voucher will be charged accordingly
This e-voucher must be presented at the restaurant / outlet upon ordering
This e-voucher is to be redeemed or utilized in full value
E-vouchers are not redeemable for cash. No credit or change will be given on unused portion of the vouchers
This e-voucher cannot be resold for commercial gain
Hyatt Regency Kinabalu reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute arising from use of this e-voucher and request alternative forms of payment if a e-voucher is fraudulently obtained or used
