• Pre-order is required 48 hours prior to collection time
• Collection date is from 10 December 2025 between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. at Mosaic Café
• Purchased e-vouchers are non-refundable
• This e-voucher is valid from 31 October to 25 December 2025. No extension of e-voucher after the expiry date
• This e-voucher is non-eligible for World of Hyatt Points
• This e-voucher is not valid with Club at The Hyatt and any other discounts or promotions
• Additional expense beyond the value of this e-voucher will be charged accordingly
• This e-voucher must be presented at the restaurant / outlet upon ordering
• This e-voucher is to be redeemed or utilized in full value
• E-vouchers are not redeemable for cash. No credit or change will be given on unused portion of the vouchers
• This e-voucher cannot be resold for commercial gain
• Hyatt Regency Kinabalu reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute arising from use of this e-voucher and request alternative forms of payment if a e-voucher is fraudulently obtained or used
