Terms & Conditions
TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET is a customer loyalty program by Topotels Hotels & Resorts, designed to allow members to buy points in advance and use them for the next stays. By earning “Tap-A-Wallet Points”, members are eligible to redeem “Tap-A-Points” and use it to pay partially or in full for future hotel reservations.
The following Terms & Conditions are intended to protect members of TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET. Should members require further clarification, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us through Contact Us section.
A. Membership Eligibility
1. Membership is NOT FREE OF CHARGE
2, All individual guests are eligible for TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET membership.
3. TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET membership is personal and non-transferable.
4. A valid email address is required to join TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET membership program.
5. A member is eligible for 1 (ONE) membership account with minimum point purchased.
6. Membership is open to individual residents in countries where the program is permitted by law.
7. Topotels Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel one’s membership or reject any application without a given reason if the required information is not supplied accurately and in full.
8. TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET Membership is valid for one (1) year.
9. The membership’s validity will automatically be renewed for a new period of 1 (one) year provided that there's minimum purchase of 2,000,000 IDR at any time before the expiry of the current membership.
B. Earning Points
1. Tap-A-Points is the name of the points awarded to the members for their qualifying spend at our participating hotels and villas, which can later be redeemed for various rewards..
2. A guest must have been enrolled as a TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALET to buy more Tap-A-Points.
3. Tap-A-Points can be purchased online using this site.
4. A member can redeem Tap-A-Points for their stays, ONLY IF booked through www.topotels.com or through any of participating hotels and villas’ website, or direct booking with the participating hotels and villas
5. Members may log in to the TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET members' portal – www.topotelswallet.com - to check their Tap-A-Wallet Points balance and transaction activities
6. Tap-A-Card Pointss are valid within one (1) year only or 12 months from date of issuance.
C. Claiming the Reward
1. Members can redeem their Tap-A-Points for rewards at www.topotels.com or by clicking the BOOK NOW button.
2. Members are solely responsible for making reservations and for confirmation of stays or services provided by TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET.
3. Upon redemption online, members shall collect their confirmation email for the participating hotels’ and villas’ products and services.
4. Unused Tap-A-Points cannot be returned for credit to the Members' accounts or exchanged for cash.
5. Tap-A-points used are non-refundable in any event of cancellation or booking modification.
D. General Rules
1. TOPOTELSTAP-A-WALLET Loyalty Program is a program created and operated by Topotels Hotels & Resorts.
2. Members are solely responsible to update their membership record, including their personal information at all times through TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET Members' Portal www.topotelswallet.com
3. The safe keep of the Confimation Emails is the sole responsibility of the member. There shall be no replacement of the reward certificates.
4. TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET Membership Services Office reserves the right to correct any Member statements or Tap-A-Card Points accruals or balances that are incorrect due to processing errors.
5. Topotels Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to amend the rules, restrictions, program benefits, and special offers without notice. Topotels Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to terminate the TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET program at any time.
6. Earnings and Redemptions of Tap-A-Points are subjected to all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Benefits and Rewards received under TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET may be subjected to taxes. Such taxes are the sole responsibility of the Member who is the recipient of the said Benefit or Reward.
8. Topotels Hotels & Resorts makes no warranties or representations, whether expressed or implied, and expressly disclaim any and all liability (including consequential damages) with respect to the quality of goods or services claimed, redeemed and/or enjoyed through the TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET Loyalty Program. All conditions, warranties or other terms implied by law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations. In the event any Member transfers the use of any Confirmation Emails, this Clause shall also apply to the transferee.
9. Topotels Hotels & Resorts or TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET reserve the right to adjust the Tap-A-Card Points values as and when necessary to reflect changing market conditions.
10. Fraud or abuse concerning Topotels Hotels & Resorts, TAP-A-WALLET, or the rewards and benefits is subjected to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by Topotels Hotels & Resorts or TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET participating partners.
11. This Program is void where prohibited by law.
12. All interpretations of the Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Topotels Hotels & Resorts. In the event of any dispute, the Member agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
