1. What is Topotels Tap-A-Wallet?
A: TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET is an online store by Topotels Hotels and Resorts, designed to give the customers the liberty to buy points and redeem anytime they want to.
2. Does it cost anything to join Topotels Tap-A-Wallet?
A: Yes, customers must have minimum spending of 1,000,000IDR equivalent to 2,000 points (instead of 1,000points).
3. How do I sign up?
A: You can sign up in our website at www.topotelswallet.com or simply tick on the tick box “Sign up now” when you make a booking with us. You can also join the membership program by clicking the invitation that you will receive after staying in one of our participating hotels or villas.
4. How long will the membership application process take?
A: After you have signed up in TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET and purchase minimum points, you will immediately receive a confirmation letter with your login ID.
5. Can I apply for more than one TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET account?
A: TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET account is awarded on an individual basis. Therefore, a member is only eligible for one account at any time. However, the owner can buy as many points as he wishes.
6. Can I share my TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET membership with friends and family?
A: The member can book for his friends, family, or with anybody provided that he is using his account upon making a reservation online.
7. What is Top-A-Points?
A: Tap-A-Points is the name of the points bought by a member. This can be used when booking at our participating hotels and villas.
8. Where can I use my point?
A: Members can use the points when booking online through Topotel Hotels and Resort's main website.
9. When will the membership expire?
A: The membership account is valid for a term of 1 (one) year from the date of enrollment to the program. Your membership, however, will be renewed automatically if there is at least 2,000,000 IDR t transaction within the term period.
10. Which are the participating hospitality units included in TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET loyalty program?
A: Currently, there are 17 properties. You may refer to Properties Page. However, more units are coming.
11. How can I check my Topotels Tap Points? And how to redeem it?
A: You can log in on your account at www.topotelswallet.com to see your points balance and transactional history. In order to redeem the points, once you log into your account, go to 'Book Now' to get to Topotels Hotels & Resorts' Booking page.
12. Can my TOPOTELS TAP-A-WALLET membership be terminated?
A: Membership can be terminated for fraud, misuse and abuse of the program benefits or rewards, as well as failure to follow the terms and conditions stated. This way, the Top-A-Points will also be revoked. Topotels Hotels & Resorts may also terminate any membership at its complete discretion; all the Top-A-Wallet' benefits and rewards will also be cancelled.
