TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
Diamond Rewards is a loyalty rewards program designed to create a strong, valuable relationship between the company and the guest. The following Terms and Conditions are intended to protect members of the Diamond Rewards program. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

1. All direct and corporate individuals are eligible to sign up for complimentary membership at www.makatidiamond.com. Membership is non-transferrable and is valid within 12 months.
2. A valid email address is required to join the Diamond Rewards program.
3. Members may become a higher membership tier by earning a minimum number of points within your membership period of 12 months and reach the next membership tier. Executive members need 2,000 points to reach Premier membership status, while Premier members need 5,000 points to reach Elite membership status.
4. Members are given a 12 month period to maintain their existing membership tier. All members must earn at least 50 points within their membership year to maintain their existing membership tier. Should they fail to meet this, they will be downgraded to their previous membership tier.
5. The hotel reserves the right to refuse membership without a given reason or reject any application if the required information is not supplied accurately and in full.

 
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

1. Members are entitled to exclusive members-only discounts on room accommodations on our website according to their membership tier. Executive members get 3% off, Premier members get 5% off, while Elite members get 7% off on the best available rates.
2. Corporate Individuals may not avail of a discount on top of their corporate rate as double discounts are not permitted. As the corporate rate code provides you with a promotional discount for your contract period, we encourage use of this as the higher and more favorable discount.
3. Other membership benefits include the ability to earn and redeem points that may pay for room accommodations.

 
EARNING POINTS

1. Members earn 1 point for every ₱100 spend on room accommodations, transportation and wellness services using the website.
2. Revenue generated to settle similar transactions at the property are not entitled to earn points as transactions are not settled online.
3. It is the members’ responsibility to sign-in when making a reservation online, availing the members-only discount.
4. Members are permitted to book a stay for another person using their discount. Points are credited only when the member settles the booking payment.

 
REDEEMING REWARDS

1. 1 point is equivalent value to ₱1. You may use your points to pay for room accommodations, transportation and wellness services, whether in partial or full payment, using the website.
2. Your points must be used online and may not be used to settle transactions at the property.

 
GENERAL RULES

1. The brand champion reserves the right to correct any member balances that are incorrect due to processing error.
2. The hotel reserves the right to amend the rules, restrictions, program benefits and special offers without notice.
3. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the Diamond Rewards program at any time
4. All interpretations of the Diamond Rewards program terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of the hotel. In the event of any dispute, the member agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
