Terms & Conditions
- Campaign Book and Stay period: 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026
- *Only bookers with a minimum of 3 group bookings within the campaign period will be eligible to qualify for the Top 3 Bookers ranking.
- Eligible group booking is subject to a minimum group size of 11 rooms booked in the same booking (except for Quincy Hotel Singapore with a minimum of 8 rooms per booking and The Barracks Hotel Sentosa with a minimum of 6 rooms per booking)
-  Applicable for groups that are booked into these participating properties: Village Hotel Albert Court, Village Hotel Bugis, Village Hotel Changi, Village Hotel Katong, Orchard Rendezvous Hotel, Rendezvous Hotel Singapore, Vibe Hotel Singapore Orchard, Quincy Hotel Singapore, Oasia Hotel Novena, The Clan Hotel Singapore, Oasia Hotel Downtown, Oasia Resort Sentosa, The Outpost Hotel, Village Hotel Sentosa and The Barracks Hotel Sentosa. 
-  All group stays must be materialized from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026, inclusive of the group's last check-out date, to qualify.
-  If the group's last check-out date is after 30 June 2026, it will not be qualified for the bonus points.
- Repeated group bookings can be at same or different participating properties.
-  This promotion is not valid in conjunction with other FAR MORE Rewards promotions.
- All supporting documents for the group booking (including the final rooming list and invoice) should be submitted to FAR MORE Rewards no later than 14 July 2026 to qualify for the bonus points. Late entries will not be entertained. 

-  Bonus points for all eligible group bookings will be credited into the member's FAR MORE Rewards account within 30 working days upon completion of the campaign period.
-  Winners will be determined by 31 July 2026 based on the highest accumulated revenue and will be notified via email.
-  FAR MORE Rewards shall have the right to publish the name, membership number and company of the reward recipients/prize winners on FAR MORE Rewards’ website and/or promotional materials.
-  In the event a recipient has resigned from their existing employer at the time of collection of the reward/prize, the reward/prize shall be forfeited.
-  Reward vouchers/prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
-  If the reward voucher/prize is not collected within (2) months from the date of the notification letter, the reward shall be forfeited.
-  FAR MORE Rewards is not a supplier of the product(s)/services(s) offered and shall not bear any liability in relation thereto.
-  FAR MORE Rewards reserves the right to substitute the reward(s)/prize(s) with other items of similar value, to be determined at FAR MORE Rewards' sole discretion.
-  FAR MORE Rewards reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, and to suspend, terminate or vary the reward vouchers/lucky draw prizes with or without prior notice to customers. The mode of notification of suspension, termination or variation shall be at FAR MORE Reward’ sole discretion
-  FAR MORE Rewards decision on all matters relating to the campaign shall be final, binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.

-  One complimentary room upgrade to Club Room (with Club benefits) per group, is subjected to minimum 20 paid room nights, all rooms are Deluxe Room type and above in the same group, and subject to room availability.
-  Room upgrade for stays at Vibe Hotel Singapore Orchard, Quincy Hotel Singapore and Oasia Resort Sentosa will be the next available category.
-  Free upgrade to premium coffee break with one extra snack is subject to a minimum event spend of S$2,000 per event (before service charge and prevailing tax). Only applicable to groups with in-house meetings or events.
-  Please quote your membership number when placing your meeting, events & group bookings in order to enjoy the exclusive members' perks.
-  FAR MORE Rewards reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
