For existing membership tiers attained in 2019, your membership tier willl be re-qualified in 2020 as follows:

With effect from 1 Jan 2020 to 31 Dec 2020 (“promotion period”), we have enhanced the membership tier rewards scheme to make the programme easier for our members to achieve the higher membership tier.  Below are the changes:

Re-Qualification of 2019 STARTER and STANDARD Membership Tiers in 2020
  • Members who attained STARTER or STANDARD status as of 31 Dec 2019 will have their status reset to STARTER wef 1 Jan 2020:

Re-Qualification of 2019 PREMIER Membership Tier
  • Members who attained PREMIER status as of 31 Dec 2019 will be reclassifed to STARTER or ELITE tier on 1 Jan 2020 according to the new revenue threshold below:

Re-Qualification of 2020 ELITE Membership Tier
  • Members only need to accumulate at least S$80,001 materialized room revenue to reach ELITE status (instead of S$100,001 in 2019)
  • Members who attained ELITE status as of 31 Dec 2019 will retain their ELITE status and corresponding benefits from 1 Jan to 31 Mar 2020.
  • Members can continue to retain ELITE status if the below revenue threshold is achieved.

Terms & Conditions of 2020 Membership Multi-tier Scheme:
-  Promotion period is from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020.
-  Qualification to the different membership tiers will be based on total room revenue (room only rate excluding other inclusive & before taxes) accumulated within the promotion period.
-  FMR Points are defined as the basic points awarded based on room categories for hotels and rental for service residences.
-  If a member achieves the Standard tier, every subsequent bookings materialized will qualify for 10% bonus on FMR points.
-  If a member achieve the Elite tier, every subsequent bookings materialized will qualify for 20% bonus on FMR points.
-  Applicable for all participating hotels and service residences as listed here and all room types.
-  All bookings must be booked & materialized from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020 to qualify.
-  Birthday month redemption discount for Elite tier members are applicable to the first 6 items redeem within the birthday month.  Birthday month redemption discount exclude all hotel stays and those items under the reward category "Getaway".
- Receive achievement voucher worth S$30 for each upgrade to the next level within promotion period. 
How the achievement award works:
    •  receive S$30 voucher when you upgrade from Starter to Standard tier
    •  receive another S$30 voucher when you upgrade from Standard to Elite tier
    •  receive S$60 voucher when you upgrade from Starter to Elite tier (skip Standard tier)
-  Complimentary upgrade to Club room (where applicable) is only applicable to hotel stay redemption for Deluxe room and is subject to hotel room availability and does not apply to Quincy Hotel, AMOY, Village Hotel Sentosa, The Outpost Hotel Sentosa, The Barracks Hotel Sentosa and all Hong Kong properties.
-  Complimentary upgrade to next room category (where applicable) is only applicable to hotel stay redemption for Superior room and is subject to hotel room availability and does not apply to The Quincy Hotel, AMOY, Village Hotel Sentosa, The Outpost Hotel Sentosa, The Barracks Hotel Sentosa and all Hong Kong properties.
-  Complimentary late check-out is subject to hotel on-day availability only.
-  FAR MORE Rewards reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and the validity of the promotion with or without notice to the customers.  The mode of notification of suspension, termination or variation shall be at FAR MORE Rewards’ sole discretion.
