Terms and conditions:
  • E-Gift Card will be valid for 3 months from date of purchase
  • Applicable on all items except items under beauty, electronics, home and lifestyle categories. Stackable with Brand Vouchers and Bonus Vouchers. Not stackable with other Zalora and Bank/Payment Vouchers.
  • The gift card code can only be used at ZALORA Singapore (on app and on www.zalora.sg), is applicable for multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted or the card expires
  • The gift card code is not redeemable for cash and cannot be cancelled. In the event of a return, the refunded amount will be credited back to the voucher code, which can be used for future purchases. Voucher code will not be replaced nor reimbursed if lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
  • Zalora eGift Card will be sent via email within 2 to 3 weeks
