The stored value in the Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of issuance

Upon expiry of the Gift Card, any unutilized stored value shall be forfeited

The stored value in the Gift Card may not be refunded, converted to or exchanged for cash.

The Gift Card(s) may be used multiple times until its stored value has been exhausted. A Gift Card may not be reloaded once its stored value has been exhausted or upon expiry, whichever is earlier.

The Gift Card(s) may be redeemed at all Harvey Norman stores in Singapore and on www.harveynorman.com.sg and may be used in combination with other Gift Cards or other modes of payment accepted by Harvey Norman.
