Please note that mailing of this voucher is within Malaysia only. Singapore member who wishes to redeem this item, a letter will be issued for collection from our stipulated office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia only.


- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any form of legal tender.
- The voucher is redeemable at any Lotus's stores in Malaysia.
- Any unutilized amount from the voucher will not be refundable.
- The voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue and no extension will be permitted upon expiry.
- Vouchers are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for other denominations.
