Please note that mailing of this voucher is within Malaysia only. Singapore member who wishes to redeem this item, a letter will be issued for collection from our stipulated office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia only.


- Gift card is redeemable for petroleum products at participating Petronas stations and goods from Mesra Store (excluding e-pay and Touch and Go reloads).
- Refer here to the list of participating Petronas stations.
- The Gift Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
- No cash refund will be given for un-utilized amount.
- Lost, stolen or damaged cards cannot be replaced.
- Gift card without any transactions (inactive) after 6 months will be blocked as a mean of unused card.
- Please note that the redemption process for will take approximately 4-6 weeks.
