Voucher is valid for one year from date of issue.

Please note that the redemption process for FairPrice Vouchers will take approximately 6 weeks.

Please allow between four (04) to six (06) weeks* for the vouchers to be processed. *this is an estimation and processing time may be earlier than stipulated here.

Redemption of physical voucher(s) may be self-collected or delivered via SingPost register mail service based on below value:  

• For physical voucher(s) of value below S$100, it will be delivered via SingPost registered mail service to your mailing address listed below.  If you prefer self-collection, please send a request email to farmorerewards@fareast.com.sg within 3 days after receipt of this redemption confirmation. 
• For physical voucher(s) of value above S$100, it will be self-collected at our office located at 6 Eu Tong Sen Street, The Central #04-28 Singapore 059817.  If you prefer delivery via SingPost register mail service, please send a request email to farmorerewards@fareast.com.sg within 3 days after receipt of this redemption confirmation. 
• In the event of lost vouchers with proof of successful delivery from SingPost, FAR MORE Rewards will not be responsible for any loss of the mail items and member agrees to accept the terms and conditions upon making this redemption. 
• For self-collection requests, members will be notified via email once their redemption vouchers are ready for collection.
