4. The booking can be canceled or changed at the latest 14 days before the check-in date after the booking is confirmed, or one night room rate will be applied
5. This package cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, and is only applicable to a group which orders up to 7 rooms in maximum. A group which orders more than 8 rooms in a group booking is advised to contact our CHM Reservation Center. We are always pleased to be of your service.
6. Update Notice：member points and various coupon types
- Various coupons cannot be combined (including cash coupons, group coupons, restaurant coupons, travel exhibition coupons, suite upgrade coupons, room upgrade coupons, etc.)

All bookings during Chinese New Year holidays (2025/01/28-2025/02/01) and New Year holidays (2025/12/31).
In accordance with Taiwan Tourism Bureau’s cancellation policy during New Year holidays, our cancellation charge is as follow:
· Cancel or no-show on arrival day will charge 100% of deposit.
· Cancel 1 day prior of arrival will charge 80% of deposit.
· Cancel 2-3 days prior of arrival will charge 70% of deposit.
· Cancel 4-6 days prior of arrival will charge 60% of deposit.
· Cancel 7-9 days prior of arrival will charge 50% of deposit.
· Cancel 10-13 days prior of arrival will charge 30% of deposit.
· No charge is to be levied if cancelled before 14 days prior of arrival.
