In response to environmental protection measures HOTEL COZZI and MADISON TAIPEI HOTEL will no longer proactively provide disposable amenities from July 1, 2023, which will be gradually replaced with wall-mounted large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash so as to continue to provide comfortable accommodation while putting eco-friendly measures into practice. Should you require any of the disposable amenities items during your stay, please contact our front desk staff.

All bookings during New Year holidays (2024/12/30-2025/01/01) need to pay 50% of total room charge as deposit before 2024/12/16.
All bookings during Chinese New Year holidays (2025/01/28-2025/02/01) need to pay 50% of total room charge as deposit before 2025/01/14.
In accordance with Taiwan Tourism Bureau’s cancellation policy during New Year holidays, our cancellation charge is as follow:
● Cancel or no-show on arrival day will charge 100% of deposit.
● Cancel 1 day prior of arrival will charge 80% of deposit.
● Cancel 2-3 days prior of arrival will charge 70% of deposit.
● Cancel 4-6 days prior of arrival will charge 60% of deposit.
● Cancel 7-9 days prior of arrival will charge 50% of deposit.
● Cancel 10-13 days prior of arrival will charge 30% of deposit.
● No charge is to be levied if cancelled before 14 days prior of arrival.


Remarks：
1. The booking can be canceled or changed at the latest seven days before the check-in date after the booking is confirmed.
2. Non-applicable dates：2024/6/8-6/9, Not applicable for stay subject to system inquiry.
3.Room upgrades are subject to availability on-site, and the assignment will be based on current room availability. Complimentary upgrades are not eligible for specific room type requests (Cartoon-themed rooms do not include additional exclusive theme amenities, and Executive rooms do not include Cozzi+ Lounge exclusive privileges).
4.Asia Miles members cannot get member 250 miles.
5. AMAZZING CLUB members can get member discount on this package. Applicable for members point accumulation.Log on to AMAZZING CLUB website.
