• This e-voucher is only valid for consumption for one (1) person at Tanjung Ria Kitchen on Christmas Eve, 24 December 2025 (Wednesday) during dinner period from 6 – 10 p.m.
• Advanced reservations are essential, 48 hours prior to arrival time
• Purchased e-voucher is non-refundable
• E-voucher is only valid on 24 December 2025. No extension of e-voucher after the expiry date    
• E-voucher is non-eligible for World of Hyatt points                      
• E-voucher is not valid with Club at The Hyatt and any other discounts or promotions               
• Additional expense beyond the value of this e-voucher will be charged accordingly                      
• E-voucher must be presented at the restaurant / outlet upon dining                     
• E-voucher is to be redeemed or utilized in full value                   
• E-voucher is not redeemable for cash. No credit or change will be given on unused portion of the vouchers                  
• This e-voucher cannot be resold for commercial gain                
• Hyatt Regency Kinabalu reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute arising from use of this e-voucher and request alternative forms of payment if a e-voucher is fraudulently obtained or used
