Highlights include the Whole Lamb with Local Herbs (Tuhau Marination), slow-roasted to perfection, alongside Baked Lobster with Cheese, Grilled Whole Snapper, Lamb Green Curry, Shahi Chicken Curry, and the signature Oxtail Assam Pedas, complemented by Malay, Indian, Chinese, and Western favourites.
