3. Does it cost anything to join SereS Rewards?
A: No, you can join the program for FREE.
4. How can I earn points and how many points I can earn for 1 booking?
A: You will earn 1 point for every 1,000 IDR spent in our hotel and your point will be credited automatically to your account. All you need to do is provide your email address upon check in
5. How and when can I redeem my points?
A: You can log in to your account in http://www.SereSRewards.com to see the reward catalog and redeem for your favorite reward.
6. Why can’t I redeem point?
There are some cases where you will not be able to redeem your points:
a. You do not have enough points to redeem the reward you have chosen. In this case, please choose another reward which requires fewer points or earn more points to redeem this reward later.
b. The points have been expired.
c. The reward you have chosen is out of stock. In this case, there will be a notification on the website to let you know.

7. How long does it take for my reward points to be credited to my account?
Points will be credited to your account within 24 hours.
8. How long are my reward points valid for?
Point will be valid for 24 months after the issued date.
9. How do I check my point balance, transactions history and redemption?
You can find all your point details when you log in to your account at http://www.SereSRewards.com
All on-property expenses that are charged to the member’s room account, including food & beverage, spa, laundry, telephone and minibar expenses, shall be eligible for SereS Rewards points. Room charges for rooms booked via Online Travel Agents (OTAs, such as and not limited to Expedia, Booking.com) and expenses for services provided by non-SereS or non-SenS Hotel third-party service providers (including but not limited to tour operators, village co-operative transportation services and babysitting services) shall not be eligible for SereS Rewards points. |
