These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern RED MEMBERSHIP ("Program"), offered by Red Planet Hotels ("Red Planet," "we," "our," or "us"). By participating in the Program, you ("Red Member" or "Member") agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.1 The Program is available to individuals aged 18 years or older who sign up through the Red Planet Hotels website or the Red Planet Hotels mobile application. Membership is free of charge.
2.2 Only one account is permitted per individual. Membership is strictly non transferable.
2.3 To avail Red Member benefits, the Member must be the only individual using the membership account. The booking must be made under the Member's name, and the Member must be one of the registered guests who will check in and stay at the hotel for the entire duration of the booking.
3.1 Explorer Tier
Earned upon successful enrollment in the Program.
3.2 Adventurer Tier
Requires at least five (5) eligible room nights within a twelve (12) month period.
3.3 Champion Tier
Requires at least ten (10) eligible room nights within a twelve (12) month period.

Adventurer Tier

• 18% discount on Room Rates via Red Planet App
• 20% Birthday Month Discount (valid only during the Member's birth month)
• Complimentary late check out up to three (3) hours, subject to availability
• Comfort Kit on every stay (maximum of 2 guests, given upon arrival)
Champion Tier
• Member Exclusive Offers
• 15% discount on Room Rates via Website
• 20% discount on Room Rates via Red Planet App
• 25% Birthday Month Discount (valid only during the Member's birth month)
• Complimentary late check out up to four (4) hours, subject to availability
• Cozy Kit on every stay (maximum of 2 guests, given upon arrival)
• Waiver of one (1) pet friendly fee for pet friendly properties per booking and per stay
• Complimentary room upgrade, subject to availability
• One (1) Free Room Night Voucher may be earned after accumulating ten (10) eligible room nights within a three (3) month period. Only one (1) voucher may be issued per three (3) month period.
4.2 Benefits are subject to change at Red Planet's discretion and are subject to availability.
4.3 Discounts earned under the Program may not be used in conjunction with government mandated discounts such as Senior Citizen or PWD discounts.
5.1 Membership has no expiry.
5.2 Except for the Explorer Tier, all other membership levels require a minimum number of eligible room nights within a twelve (12) month period to retain status. Failure to meet this requirement will result in a downgrade to a lower tier.
5.3 Minimum room nights required to maintain membership tier:
Explorer Tier: None
Adventurer Tier: Four (4) room nights
Champion Tier: Nine (9) room nights
6.1 Champion Tier Members may earn one (1) Free Room Night Voucher after accumulating ten (10) eligible room nights within a three (3) month period.
6.2 The three (3) month earning period is calculated from the date of the Member's first eligible stay within that earning window.
6.3 Once ten (10) eligible room nights are reached within the three (3) month period, the voucher will be issued to the Member's account.
6.4 Free Room Night Vouchers are subject to blackout dates, availability, and other booking restrictions.
6.5 Vouchers may only be used for bookings made through the Red Planet Hotels website or mobile application.
7.1 All discounts and offers are applicable only to bookings made via the Red Planet Hotels website or the Red Planet Hotels mobile application.
7.2 Benefits can only be availed at Red Planet Hotels in the Philippines.
7.3 Free Room Night Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional rates unless otherwise specified.
8.1 Red Planet Hotels reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice, which may affect the Membership Tier or Status of any Red Member.
8.2 Misuse of the Program, including fraudulent activity, may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of earned vouchers and benefits.
8.3 Free vouchers are not for sale or barter and are non transferable and not convertible to cash. Red Planet reserves the right to confiscate vouchers that it determines were obtained through improper means.
8.4 Red Planet will make every reasonable effort to maintain the proper functionality of the Program. However, it shall not be held responsible for technical errors, interruptions, or delays that may affect its performance.
8.5 In case of disputes, the decision of Red Planet Hotels will be final and binding.
8.6 By participating in the Program, the Member understands that Red Planet does not warrant that the Program will be free from defects. In no event will Red Planet be liable for damages arising from or in relation to these Terms.
8.7 The Program is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By participating in the Program, Members agree that the venue for disputes shall be the courts or relevant government agencies of Makati City.
9.1 By joining the Program, Members consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their personal information in accordance with Red Planet's Privacy Policy.
9.2 Members may opt out of promotional communications by updating their preferences in their account settings.
