The PenCard is a promotional loyalty program of The Peninsula Manila for Philippine residents only. It is not a credit, charge, or points-based program.

The PenCard has no cash value and remains the property of The Peninsula Manila.

Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the registered member. It expires on the stated date unless renewed.

Membership fees are non-refundable.

Benefits are valid only at participating outlets of The Peninsula Manila during regular operating hours and are subject to outlet policies.

Discounts and certificates are honored only upon presentation of a valid e-Card and/or e-certificate at the time of transaction.

Only one (1) membership card may be used per table, per visit, per party, or per bill.

Privileges cannot be used with discounts, promotions, special rates, or other discounts unless expressly permitted.

Accommodation benefits are subject to prior reservation, availability, and room allotment limits. Standard occupancy applies unless otherwise stated.

Rates and charges are subject to service charge, VAT, and applicable government taxes.

The Peninsula Manila may restrict benefit usage during special events, blackout dates, peak periods, or other designated dates.

Room certificates are not valid on specified blackout dates, including January 1, February 14, Good Friday, Black Saturday, December 24, 25, and 31.

Food and Beverage certificates are not valid on specified blackout dates, including January 1, February 14, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day weekend, Father’s Day weekend, December 24, 25, and 31.

Membership and certificates may not be sold to a third party.

Member information may be used for legitimate business purposes in compliance with data privacy laws.

The Peninsula Manila reserves the right to amend the program and its terms at its discretion.

Membership may be suspended or terminated in cases of abuse, fraud, or misconduct.

Use of the Mobile Application constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
