Membership Benefit Summary and Terms and Conditions
 


Dusit Thani Manila welcomes you to the privileged circle of Dusit Lifestyle.
 FOOD AND BEVERAGE PRIVILEGES:
 
1. 30% discount on the total food bill (excluding beverages, tax and service charge) on a la carte menu and buffet at The Pantry, UMU and Benjarong for all meal period from Mondays through Sundays. Applicable for dine-in and take-out. Blackout dates apply. Not applicable to in-room dining.

2. 15% discount on premium and selected dishes at Pantry, UMU and Benjarong such as Wagyu, Kobe, Nabemono, Sukiyaki, Kampachi, and Garoupa. Promotional items (e.g. Lobster Specials, Chef’s Specials, Angus Beef Set, Experience Menu /Tasting Menu and set menus) are not covered by the discount.

3. 15% discount on Grab and Go items (excluding coffee, beverages, tax and service charge). Applicable for dine-in or take-out.

4. 10% discount on alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at Pantry, UMU and Benjarong. Happy Hour is not covered by the discount..
 
5. One-time use of group dining discount of 50% off on buffet at the Pantry for maximum of ten (10) persons (excluding tax and service charge). Applicable for either breakfast buffet, lunch buffet or dinner buffet. Blackout dates apply (New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day &  New Year’s Eve). Non-transferable. Not convertible to cash. Not in conjunction with any special buffet promo. Beverages are not included.

6. Birthday Privilege
  • Member is entitled to 50% discount at The Pantry, Benjarong and UMU (dine- in only) for a maximum spend of PHP10,000. 30% regular discount applies in excess. Applicable for all meal period throughout the member’s birth month. Beverages are not covered by the discount
  • Black-out dates apply.
  • Member must present a valid ID with date of birth indicated.
  • Not applicable to in-room dining, promotional items, Grab and Go items, Happy Hour & selected  premium dishes (refer to the above dishes)
Note:
  • Guests who sign up on the spot (dining in the restaurant) will enjoy 30% discount, maximum discount of PHP5,000 on total food bill only. Regular benefits and discounts will be enjoyed on their next visit.
  • For restaurant private room reservations, consumable amount must still be maintained after lifestyle discount has been applied.
  • Kids buffet rate: 5 years old & below, free of charge as long as dining with paying adult; 6 to 12 years old is charged half of the buffet price. Any other discount is no longer applicable on kids’ rate.

ACCOMMODATION BENEFITS:
 
One (1) complimentary overnight stay in a Dusit Room inclusive of complimentary
buffet breakfast for two persons, valid for use any day of the week. Subject to room availability and room allotments with advance reservations required. Not valid on December 24 & 31, and Black Saturday. Maximum of two adults and two kids (up to eleven years old) per room.

30% discount on best available rate for all room types including suites, single or double occupancy, non- transferable. Subject to availability.

This benefit is NOT valid for bookings through travel agents or for group or block bookings. Members need to check- in personally to avail of the room benefits. The complimentary accommodation may be availed only during the membership period.

Cancellation of room reservations must be done 48 hours before date of arrival. Failure to cancel and/or no show on the day of check-in will forfeit the complimentary overnight stay.

OTHER BENEFITS

Devarana Wellness
  • 30% discount on Devarana Spa’s ala carte treatments. Discount is applicable on total bill (excluding government tax and service charge). Member must be present and have availed of a treatment.
  • 30% discount on the annual membership of Devarana Fitness. Applicable to the member only.
  • Two (2) e-vouchers of swimming pool pass for 3 persons (member plus 2 companions). Must book in advance through Devarana Fitness. Not transferrable. Subject to pool availability.
  • Two (2) e-vouchers of day use at Devarana Fitness for 3 persons (member plus 2 companions). Must book in advance through Devarana Fitness. Not transferrable.
Member for a Day
  • Two (2) e-vouchers of ‘Member for a Day’ where the member may give this to a friend or relative – allowing non-members experience the perks of being a Dusit Lifestyle member. The ‘Member for a Day’ will enjoy a 30% discount on total food bill (dine-in or take-out) in any F&B restaurant, 30% discount on any ala carte treatment at Devarana Spa and 30% discount on room accommodation based on DBAR (Dusit’s Best Available Rate). One time use only per e-voucher. Must avail of the discounts in one day only. Transferrable.
  
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
 
Use of membership card constitutes acceptance of the conditions listed herein. Please quote a valid membership number when making any reservations. All offers are subject to availability and prior reservations. Arrangements are not to be made through travel or conference agents and are not applicable to existing negotiated or group rates.

Dining discounts under Dusit Lifestyle membership may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts, as mandated by law, regulation or ordinance and other promotional discounts offered in the hotel including Happy Hour.

Only one membership card may be used per card member, per reservation, per visit. Upon presentation of a valid membership card, prior to dining, members’ discounts and benefits will be honored at all participating restaurants, unless the restaurants are running a black- out promotion. Please note that lending of membership card to family, friends or relatives is not allowed. Membership is not transferrable.

The hotel has the right to cancel and or not approve the membership at any given time.
 
In case a member wants to cancel the membership, member must send an email to lifestyle@dusit.com and state the reason of the cancellation. Cancelation does not guarantee the return or refund of payment. Please note that this is all subject for approval.

Discounts DO NOT apply to the following:
  • Mini bar, banquets, outside catering, events and corporate functions, happy hour, promotional items, in-room dining.
  • Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
IMPORTANT
  • Privileges/benefits and complimentary accommodation are no longer applicable nor extended once membership has expired. Guests are encourage to avail them before expiration of membership.
