1. How can I earn points and how many points I can earn for 1 booking?
A: When you spend on hotel rooms in the participating hotels, you will automatically earn points based on the point system below:
Earn 3 points for every USD100 spent on hotel room, if the booking is made directly with hotels
Earn 1.5 points for every USD100 spent on hotel room, if the booking is made through Online Travel Agents (OTAs), which have direct contract with hotels.
2. How and when can I redeem my points?

3. Why can't I redeem point?
There are some cases where you will not be able to redeem your points:
a. You do not have enough points to redeem the reward you have chosen. In this case, you can choose to pay with points partially, and the remaining by cash.
b. The points have been expired.
c. The reward you have chosen is out of stock. In this case, there will be a notification on the website to let you know.
