What is the AMAZZING CLUB Loyalty Program, and where can I enjoy its benefits? |
AMAZZING CLUB is an exclusive loyalty program curated by Cathay Hospitality Management to reward our most valued guests. Our service network spans across Taiwan, encompassing all HOTEL COZZI locations and our signature dining brands.
Members can enjoy integrated accommodation and culinary experiences at: • HOTEL COZZI: Minsheng Taipei, Zhongxiao Taipei, Ximen Tainan, Zhongshan Kaohsiung, and COZZI Blu (Taoyuan). • Dining & Lifestyle: Our fine dining establishments and Cozzi Café. As a member, you can effortlessly earn points, enjoy exclusive discounts, and redeem a diverse range of rewards while indulging in our refined hospitality. |

How do I become a member? Is there a fee or a physical membership card? |
Joining is complimentary and can be completed via our official website. In our commitment to digital sustainability, we utilize e-membership cards.
• How to Join: Simply apply online through the official AMAZZING CLUB website. • Membership Fee: There is no enrollment or annual fee. • Membership Card: We have replaced physical cards with a digital version. To redeem your benefits on-site, please present your e-membership card along with a valid photo ID for verification. |

Can I register for multiple accounts? |
To ensure the integrity of our community, each guest is limited to one membership account. Duplicate registrations or accounts created under a third party’s name are not permitted. If multiple accounts are identified, the hotel group reserves the right to terminate the accounts. The violator may be required to return or reimburse any benefits obtained, including points and rewards. |

What are the advantages of booking through official channels? |
AMAZZING CLUB offers a Best Rate Guarantee. By booking directly through our official website, members receive our most competitive pricing and earn points toward future stays.
• Best Rate Guarantee: We promise the most favorable rates when you book your stay via the AMAZZING CLUB official member portal. • Exclusive Privileges: Members gain access to private room offers and earn loyalty points throughout their stay. Note: Detailed terms and the scope of specific promotions are subject to the individual announcements of each HOTEL COZZI location. |
II. Member Benefits & Tier Status Progression

AMAZZING CLUB Membership Tiers and Points Accrual |
Our program features five membership tiers. The base earning rate is 1 point for every NT$25 spent on qualifying purchases (excluding taxes and service charges). Higher tiers enjoy a percentage-based bonus on points earned:
• Classic: Base earning rate. • Honor: 35% bonus points. • Gold: 55% bonus points. • Master: 70% bonus points. • Stars: 90% bonus points. |

Tier Qualification & Validity |
Membership upgrades are automatically processed based on your annual number of nights stayed or total qualifying spending. Aside from the Classic tier, each status is valid for one year from the date of upgrade.
• Classic: Complimentary enrollment with lifetime validity. • Honor: 10–14 nights per year OR NT$15,000 in qualifying spending. • Gold: 15–19 nights per year OR NT$30,000 in qualifying spending. • Master: 20–24 nights per year OR NT$75,000 in qualifying spending. • Stars: 25+ nights per year OR NT$100,000 in qualifying spending. Note: Qualifying spending is calculated from the date of enrollment. Purchases made prior to joining are not eligible for point accrual. If the requirements for the current tier are not met by the following year, the membership will revert to the preceding tier. |

Qualification and Maintenance Periods |
The Status Qualification Period begins on your enrollment date and extends for one year, ending on the last day of that month. Once upgraded, the Status Maintenance Period begins on the day of the upgrade and also extends for one year plus the remaining days of that month.
• Status Qualification Example: If you joined on January 2, 2023, your annual calculation intervals are as follows: 2023/01/02 – 2024/01/31, 2024/02/01 – 2025/01/31, 2025/02/01 – 2026/01/31. Upgrades are granted immediately upon reaching the required thresholds. • Status Maintenance Example: If you are upgraded to Honor status on April 14, 2025, your maintenance period is 2025/04/14 – 2026/04/30. If criteria are not met, your status will adjust to the next lower tier on the day following expiration. |

Are membership benefits transferable or can they be shared? |
Membership is strictly personal. All associated privileges and vouchers are reserved exclusively for the account holder.
• Account Integrity: Each guest is limited to one account. Memberships are non-transferable and duplicate registrations are prohibited. • Voucher Usage: All vouchers are for the member’s personal use only. • Point Accrual Principles: Stays (max 3 rooms per stay) and Dining (must present card in person) require the member to be present and settle the total bill. |

What are the restrictions for Room and Suite Upgrade Vouchers? |
Upgrades are applicable only for reservations made via the AMAZZING CLUB official website, HOTEL COZZI website, or through direct phone/email bookings. Each voucher is valid for a single room for one night.
• Upgrade Scope: Room Upgrade Vouchers apply to the next available category. Suite Upgrade Vouchers apply to a suite (up to a Comfort Suite). Upgrades are subject to room availability upon check-in. • Channel Restrictions: Third-party bookings are not eligible. • Combinability: Vouchers cannot be combined with cash coupons but can be used with "International Travel Fair" accommodation vouchers. • Validity: Birthday Room Upgrade (6 months), Tier-Upgrade Suite Vouchers (12 months). |

If my Birthday Upgrade Voucher expires, can I request an extension? |
All AMAZZING CLUB member vouchers become void upon expiration. We do not accept requests for extensions or re-issuances.
• Expired Vouchers: Once a voucher expires, it is automatically invalidated by the system and cannot be resold, exchanged for cash, or refunded. • Member Tip: We recommend that members monitor voucher status in their accounts and plan their itineraries within the validity period. |
III. Points: Earning, Expiration & Retroactive Credits

How do I use my points to offset room charges? |
Point redemption for room rates is processed on-site during check-in. Please inform our front desk team at your arrival if you wish to apply points toward your stay.
• Redemption Timing: All point offsets must be processed at the time of check-in. • Procedure: Notify the front desk staff of the amount of points you wish to use; they will calculate and apply the deduction to your balance. • Restrictions: Once finalized, redemption transactions cannot be modified or refunded. |

How do I earn AMAZZING CLUB points? |
Members earn points on qualifying spending of at least NT$25 (excluding taxes/service charges) at all HOTEL COZZI locations and our dining brands.
• Qualifying Spending: Room rates, room upgrades, early check-in/late check-out fees, extra person/bed fees, and dining/banquet expenses (up to 19 guests). • Non-Qualifying Spending: OTAs (Agoda, Booking.com, etc.), group rates, promotional rates, pre-enrollment spending, vouchers, complimentary items, and ancillary services (vehicle rentals, souvenirs, etc.). • Multiple-Room Policy: Points are earned for up to 3 rooms per stay, provided the member stays at the hotel and settles all charges personally. |

How long are points valid? How can I request missing points? |
Base points are valid for two years from the month they are credited. Points are typically issued within 7 working days after check-out.
• Promotional Points: Validity is subject to specific campaign terms. • Missing Points: If points do not appear after 7 working days, please submit a "Missing Points Request" via our website or contact our Member Center via email. |

Can I modify or cancel a point redemption? |
No. Once a point transaction is completed, it is final, non-refundable, and non-changeable.
Cathay Hospitality Management reserves the right to void points generated from transactions later canceled due to human error or force majeure. |

| Is online payment secure? | Yes. We utilize 128-bit SSL encryption and SET protocols. Credit card details are not stored in our system after the transaction is processed. |
