What is the AMAZZING CLUB?
AMAZZING CLUB is a Loyalty Program launched by Cathay Hospitality Management (CHM) to reciprocate to our valued guests for their enthusiastic support throughout the years. We strive to further extend our service and hospitality by offering point rewards, gift redemptions, as well as a myriad of member-exclusive room and restaurant privileges. Whether business or leisure, make your trip worthwhile to the hilt by visiting smart and comfy HOTEL COZZI (HOTEL COZZI Minsheng Taipei, HOTEL COZZI Zhongxiao Taipei, HOTEL COZZI Ximen Tainan, HOTEL COZZI Zhongshan Kaohsiung, COZZI Bluand COZZI café.
What are the AMAZZING CLUB email customer service reply times?
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UTC+8, excluding national and consecutive holidays).
Currently, AMAZZING CLUB provides email service only. We will reply to your inquiry within 3 business days upon receipt.
Room Upgrade Voucher Usage Policy
﹒Voucher Usage:
-This voucher is valid for room upgrades only and does not include in-room amenities, exclusive privileges, or other additional gifts.
-The room will be upgraded to the next available room category based on the booked room type. Please note that upgrade is subject to availability.
﹒How to use the voucher:
-Book through the AMAZZING CLUB member official website and mention the room upgrade voucher in the remarks.
-Book via phone/email and inform them of your intention to use the room upgrade voucher.
-You must inform the hotel in advance when using the voucher, and present the e-voucher on your device at check in.
﹒Bookings made through third-party platforms are not eligible for the room upgrade voucher.
﹒This voucher is only valid for use by the member and is limited to one room upgrade per night per voucher.
﹒This voucher can be used on both weekdays and weekends. Please refer to the AMAZZING CLUB member website for any exclusions during special periods.
﹒Member points and voucher usage regulations:
﹒Vouchers cannot be combined with other types of vouchers, including cash discount vouchers, group vouchers, dining vouchers, suite upgrade vouchers, room upgrade vouchers, etc.
﹒"Room Upgrade Voucher" and "Travel Exhibition Accommodation Voucher" can be used simultaneously when booking as a member.
﹒The validity period of this voucher is subject to the date specified on the voucher. It cannot be resold, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for change. It will be considered invalid if not used within the validity period, and no extensions or refunds will be granted.
﹒Cathay Hospitality Management reserves the right to change any content of the campaign without notice.

How to become a member of the AMAZZING CLUB?
You may apply for membership online via the official website of AMAZZING CLUB by clicking MEMBERSHIP. After these steps, you will be a member and start to enjoy the exclusive services to members.
Will a membership card be provided after joining AMAZZING CLUB?
For acquiring AMAZZING CLUB membership card, members are advised to apply for membership online via the official website of AMAZZING CLUB by clicking MEMBERSHIP. Once this procedure is completed, the system will be a virtual membership card in lieu of a physical membership card. Whenever you arrive at a CHM and AMAZZING CLUB hotel, restaurant, and partner institutions and enjoy the service of members, you may be asked to prove your AMAZZING CLUB member identity, or other photo ID (such as ID card, passport, of national health insurance card) to authenticate your membership identity and provide you exclusive membership services.
Is there a fee to join the membership?
There is no membership fee for joining the AMAZZING CLUB.
What are the membership levels of AMAZZING CLUB?
AMAZZING CLUB members are entitled to exclusive privileges and points by type of membership. Any spending qualified for such purpose will entitle the member to earn 1 point for every NT$25 of spending (Classic). Membership is classified below with corresponding point entitlement :
Classic : Spending of every NT$25 will earn 1 point (the amount falling below NT$25 will not be counted for this purpose).
Honor : Spending of every NT$25 will earn 1 point (the amount falling below NT$25 will not be counted for this purpose). Extra 35% bonus points earnings on base points.
Gold : Spending of every NT$25 will earn 1 point (the amount falling below NT$25 will not be counted for this purpose). Extra 50% bonus points earnings on base points.
Master : Spending of every NT$25 will earn 1 point (the amount falling below NT$25 will not be counted for this purpose). Extra 70% bonus points earnings on base points.
Stars : Spending of every NT$25 will earn 1 point (the amount falling below NT$25 will not be counted for this purpose). Extra 90% bonus points earnings on base points.
How can I upgrade to a higher membership level?
AMAZZING CLUB offers 5 types of personal memberships and all new members will be granted the status of Classic members. The system will automatically upgrade your membership status to the next level if the following conditions are satisfied. The membership type and rules for upgrade are specified below :
Classic :
Free membership and valid permanently.
Honor :
Staying from 10 nights to 15 nights every year;
or, NT$15,000 in annual qualifying spend (including room and F&B) every year. Validity is one year.
Gold :
Staying from 15 nights to 20 nights every year;
or, NT$30,000 in annual qualifying spend (including room and F&B) every year. Validity is one year.
Master :
Staying from 20 nights to 25 nights every year;
or, NT$75,000 in annual qualifying spend (including room and F&B) every year. Validity is one year.
Stars :
Staying at least 25 nights every year;
or, NT$100,000 in annual qualifying spend (including room and F&B) every year. Validity is one year.
※ Of all types of AMAZZING CLUB personal membership, Classic is freely granted permanently, Honor, Gold, Master and Stars are valid for one year from the month of upgrade. If a specific member cannot satisfy all the requirements of membership or upgrade in the year after the upgrade, such member will be resumed to the previous membership status from the same month of the next year (and so forth). AMAZZING CLUB membership benefits (including membership upgrades, consumption, and points) are calculated from the date of joining, and all rewards(including membership upgrades, consumption, and points) cannot be accumulated for consumption before joining the AMAZZING CLUB membership program.

Q.
Can each person apply for membership only once?
Each AMAZZING CLUB member may register for one ID only and cannot register twice and cannot register for membership under the title of a third party. If the system detects repeated registration for membership, CHM and AMAZZING CLUB reserve the right to cancel or terminate the member ID of such member. In addition, the offender should also surrender all the benefits earned under membership status (including but not limiting to points and gifts).
How can I earn membership points?
For earning AMAZZING CLUB points, members must satisfy the requirement of consumption with payment in conformity to the requirement of the AMAZZING CLUB on earning personal points by spending on lodging in designated rooms and for food and beverages (excluding taxes and service charge). Each bill for consumption must at least amount to NT$25 so as to earn point under membership status.
Qualified spending on hotel rooms include : room rent and expenses incurred from upgrade of room, early check-in and late check-out, conference and banquets (food and beverages for small banquet of 19 persons or less), additional bed and extra breakfast service.
Amount of spending not qualified for earning AMAZZING CLUB personal points includes but is not limited to: special offer package, group price merchandises, hotel room booking and spending on food and beverages through the channels of a third party beyond the official websites of CHM and AMAZZING CLUB, spending on special offer hotel room or coupon for food and beverages, conference and banquets (except for food and beverages for small banquet of 19 persons or less), free of charge hotel rooms, food and beverages or from redemption with points, or coupons, limousine service, activities of special programs, and additional spending on recreational facilities, purchase or cash+point redemption of hotel souvenirs or guest room amenities and the expenses incurred from cancellation of reservation or booking of hotel rooms and tables for foods with no show, the expenses incurred from buying hotel amelities (included use points plus cash and use cash).
All the above will not qualify for redemption of AMAZZING CLUB points.
When will points be credited to my membership account after completing a stay?
The AMAZZING CLUB Loyalty Program is offered by Cathay Hospitality Management (CHM) to reward loyal guests with heartfelt hospitality, memorable holiday benefits, and exclusive rewards. You can enjoy benefits such as earning points for stays and spending, redeeming gifts, and enjoying promotions at hotel brands including: HOTEL COZZI Minsheng Taipei, HOTEL COZZI Zhongxiao Taipei, HOTEL COZZI Ximen Tainan, HOTEL COZZI Zhongshan Kaohsiung, COZZI Blu, MADISON TAIPEI HOTEL, and COZZI café.
When will the points credited my account after check-out from hotel lodging?
If your room rate qualifies for redemption of points, the AMAZZING CLUB points will be credited to your membership account within 7 working days (excluding weekends and recognized holidays) after you checked out and settled the payment. The system of the service supplier will automatically transfer the point into your AMAZZING CLUB membership account.

What is the validity period of the membership reward points?
For example, you have newly earned points on 2025/04/01, you may use the points until 2027/04/30.
Can redeemed points be changed or canceled and refunded?
We apologize that the AMAZZING CLUB membership points for matching cash transactions or for exchange for merchandises in whole or in part may be cancelled by CHM and AMAZZING CLUB if any party or under force majeure that such transactions or exchange should be paid for or partly paid for, with cancellation of ordering or refund instantaneously of subsequently. The points being used for completing the transactions of merchandises in whole or in part cannot be changed and the points will not be returned.
If my phone number, email, or address changes, do I need to notify the AMAZZING CLUB Member Center?
If you have any change in the basic member information at AMAZZING CLUB, please access the AMAZZING CLUB website to update your information to protect your rights and privileges of membership. If you did not update your profile on time, to the extent that merchandise or service is delayed, e-mail is lost or cannot be used, reservation and purchase of merchandise or services from the AMAZZING CLUB website, and other rights and privileges of members were affected, CHM and AMAZZING CLUB disclaim any liability thereof.
What should I do if I forget my password?
You may apply for a new password at the member website. You just have to choose “forget password” on the menu of the membership zone and follow the procedure as instructed. Your new password will be sent to the e-mail you registered in the system.
What are the booking benefits for members?
The AMAZZING CLUB best rate guarantee is our promise that you You'll get the best rates for booking a room through the AMAZZING CLUB website. Members also enjoy a 5% discount on hotel booking and earn points easily (details are based on the contents of each promotion).
Is there a handling fee for online bookings?
There is no charge at all for booking through the AMAZZING CLUB website. Most third-party travel web sites charge a booking fee for every reservation made.
Is it safe to use a credit card for online room reservations?
CHM and CHM-related Group affiliates use Secure Server Software (SSL) to secure your personal transaction information, which encrypts all your personal information, including payment credit card number, name and address, to ensure that it cannot be read when transmitted over the Internet. It is the best software for the current industry to perform online trading.
How do we protect your privacy?
The privacy and security of your personal information is extremely important to us. We will not share personal information with others that is not disclosed publicly in the privacy statement or without your permission. We value your trust very much, and we will do our best to protect the security and privacy of any personal information you provide.
