1. This privilege is exclusively for CentaraThe1 members. 

2. Points can be redeemed between April 20, 2025 – December 31, 2025. 

3. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of points redemption. 

4. 1 code is valid for 1 person per 1 time. 

5. Please make a reservation at least 48 hours in advance via email at reservations@sixt.co.th 

6. For bookings of 15-99 people/group, please make a reservation at least 72 hours in advance. 

7. For booking cancellations, please send an email to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than the specified time will be charged the full service fee. 

8. In the event that the customer uses the Fast Track service for more or fewer people than the number booked, the service fee will be calculated based on the actual number of users. 

9. Passengers are allowed a maximum of 3 pieces of luggage per person. In case of excess luggage, please notify in advance to arrange for a porter, which will incur an additional charge. 

10. Children under 5 years old traveling with a parent are exempt from the Fast Track service fee. 

11. In the event that points have been redeemed and the privilege is not used for any reason, the company reserves the right not to provide any compensation in all cases. 

12. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. 

13. In case of any dispute, the company's decision is final.
