2. Points can be redeemed between April 20, 2025 – December 31, 2025. 

3. The coupon is valid for 6 months from the date of point redemption.

5. Please reserve the car at least 48 hours in advance via SIXT Call Center 1798, Line ID: @sixtthailand, or email: rvations@sixt.co.th by providing the received coupon code for booking.

6. Airport pick-up and drop-off services are available only at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Don Mueang Airport, and Phuket Airport. 

7. This service fee is for pick-up or drop-off from Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang Airport to all districts of Bangkok, except for: 

  - Pick-up or drop-off service from Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang Airport to outer Bangkok areas, namely Chom Thong, Taling Chan, Bang Phlat, Thawi Watthana, Bang Khun Non, Bangkok Noi, Bangkok Yai, Phasi Charoen, Nong Khaem, Bang Khae, Bang Bon, Bang Khun Thian, Thung Khru, Rat Burana, Khlong San, and Thon Buri, will incur an additional charge of 200 baht (excluding 7% VAT).

  - Pick-up or drop-off service from Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang Airport to the metropolitan area, namely Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, and Samut Prakan provinces, will incur an additional charge of 300 baht (excluding 7% VAT).

8. If the customer prefers to upgrade the car model, the company will charge an additional fee for the price difference of the desired upgraded car. 

9. In the case of a no-show at the scheduled date and time, the service will be considered complete. 

10. In the case of route changes or travel outside the specified route, additional charges will apply. 

11. The company reserves the right to charge additional fees or refuse service in the event of more passengers or luggage than specified without prior notification. 

12. In the event of an emergency where the car cannot be provided at the scheduled time due to accident, traffic congestion, road blockage, riot, or flood, the company reserves the right to arrange a replacement car of an equivalent or higher level for service. 

13. For airport pick-ups (Arrivals), the limousine will wait for a maximum of 1.5 hours after the flight lands. If airport staff cannot contact you within 1.5 hours or in the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged. 

14. For pick-ups from accommodation (Departures), the limousine will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. If the airport staff cannot contact you within 30 minutes or in the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged. 

15. The company reserves the right to arrange for the same or similar car models. 

16. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. 

17. In the event that points have been redeemed but the privilege is not used for any reason, the company reserves the right not to provide any compensation in all cases. 

18. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. 

19. In case of any disputes, the company's decision is final.
