From delicate sushi and sashimi to sizzling yakitori grills, a sukiyaki live station, and freshly shucked oysters, indulge in a specially curated menu designed to make your dining truly memorable.
 
To elevate the occasion, enjoy three hours of free‑flow selected alcoholic beverages, perfectly paired to complement your brunch indulgence. Our Head Mixologist, Ivon, will also bring her rolling cocktail bar right to your table, letting you create your own bespoke drinks together with her.

Terms and Conditions:
The voucher is redeemable at ENSŌ Izakaya & Bar at 11.30AM - 2.30PM, available every 2nd Saturday of the month, starting 11 April 2026.
Applicable for dine-in only.
Vouchers purchased are not refundable.
Each voucher is redeemable by 1 person only.
The voucher is transferable and can be used as a gift.
Not to be used in conjunction with any existing promotional rate.
Rates are inclusive of 8% SST.
 
Validity:
This voucher will only be valid on 11 April 2026, 9 May 2026, 13 June 2026, 11 July 2026, 8 August 2026, 12 September 2026, 10 October 2026, 14 November 2026, 12 December 2026.

Redemption Procedure:
To confirm your booking, you are required to reserve in advance and attach your voucher with your reservation.
For reservations -  please email KULRK-FB.Reservation@hyatt.com with your voucher attached.
Present your e-voucher at the restaurant's reception to redeem it.
