- This voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non- refundable
- This voucher remains valid for 01 year from the date of issue
- This voucher must be presented and surrendered to hotel when you use service
- Only the RPG account owner redeeming this voucher is eligible for its use
- This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion.
- All vouchers issued is for one time usage.
- Maximum 01 voucher per bill.
- Rex Hotel Saigon has the right to reject any claims that do not conform to these Terms and Conditions.

2) Inability to use the Gift Voucher due to lost or misplaced voucher code;
3) Unauthorized use of the Gift Voucher by any person(s) not approved by you.
