In view of the special circumstances caused by the development of COVID-19, we plan to take the following measures: from this year on, all members at or above the silver card level will have their expiry dates postponed, i.e. the membership status acquired by members who have completed the required accommodation quota in 2019 will remain valid from January 31, 2020 to December 31, 2020. Since January 1, 2021, member orders will come from: www.equatorialsha.com, www.equatorlegend.com, Walk-in, and the company's negotiating retail orders, which will be included in the valid qualifying stay and reward points. Orders from other channels shall not be counted for qualifying stay and reward points purpose.
