- For orders of more than 10 boxes, please kindly contact the hotel directly to book your order 3 to 5 days prior to pick-up.
- Customers must present a copy or printed version of the voucher acknowledgement to hotel staff upon arrival at the restaurant.
- If you are unable to collect the products at the participating hotels, we are pleased to offer delivery via Grab, Line Man or registered postal mail. Delivery charges will be applied based on the actual cost (within Thailand only). Please kindly note that delivery may take up to 14 days or longer, depending on the shipping process.
- Voucher expiration dates cannot be extended.
- Full prepayment based on the voucher price is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
