Description:
Vocal Breathwork is a series of eight 120-minute sessions designed to deepen your vocal presence and support holistic well-being. Through guided voice and movement work, you’ll learn to release habitual tension, uncover your natural, resonant voice, and reconnect with your body’s innate rhythm.

Each session focuses on “destructuring” limiting vocal patterns and “restructuring” expression with greater freedom, confidence, and awareness. You’ll explore the profound link between voice, breath, and well-being—gaining tools to express yourself more authentically and connect with others more meaningfully.

Leave each session feeling calm, centred, and re-energised, with a renewed sense of vitality and vocal clarity.

- No Repeats or Refunds for Absences: If you are unable to attend a scheduled class for any reason, no make-up sessions or refunds will be provided. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of the compounding class structure and ensure fairness to all participants.
