Zenergy
Hosted from 13-18 July 2019, Zenergy is being touted as the world’s first luxury yoga and fitness festival, offering a fully inclusive experience over three to five nights, featuring diverse yoga and fitness classes, along with Thai cultural journeys and other activities. The overall aim is to allow guests to stay in shape and find their own sense inner peace, whilst making new friends and immersing themselves in the breath-taking natural beauty of Koh Lanta.

Zenergy classes will be led by seven of the world’s most famous yoga and fitness instructors, including Heart Maher from the USA, Singapore’s Carissa Lin, Kamilla Seljelid of Norway, China’s Seri Wang, Thailand’s Oum Kanyapat, and Joyce Fan and Trixie Isla-Velez, both from Hong Kong.
A series of yoga sessions will be hosted throughout this multi-day festival, including yin yoga, hatha yoga, headstands, backbends and heart-openers. In addition, Flexi Lexi will introduce fitness and cardio classes from all over the world, allowing guests to burn off some calories. These include “Pump It Up!” weight training, “Booty and the Beats” and “Power Abs”, plus HIIT classes, circuit training and more. Guests can also take part in Thai boxing classes, while tours to Koh Lanta’s old town will enable guests to experience genuine Thai culture.
